Q.
How long do you take to fulfil and deliver an order?
A1. Personalised:
Generally we require 21 working days prior to your event. However
should the order be very urgent: we can
sometimes deliver within 10 working days, out with peak times.
A2. Non Personalised:
3 to 5 working days.
Please email
us rather than order if you are in any doubt.
Q. My wedding is in sometime away from now, should
I order now? A.
You can save disappointment should our order books be full at
peak times.This means that you have fewer things to worry about
with regards to the big event.
Also you can save money by avoiding the
inevitable budget and inflation price rises.
In these circumstances you can secure your
miniatures at today's prices, and we can diarise delivery for
21 days prior to the event.
Q. What is the minimum order I can order?
A. You can order
12 miniature bottles of any one spirit or wine, e.g. 12 of whisky,
12 of brandy, etc.
Q. Can I have a mixture of label designs on my
wedding favour bottles? A.
You can have one design per 12 bottles ordered. This is because
of the labour expense of setting up the design.
Q. Can I have a special photograph inserted into
my label design? A.
We are more than happy to insert your image. We have most venue,
family crests, tartans, etc, images on file.
Failing this, you can either E-mail us
the image as an attachment, or post to us the photo for scanning.
Q. Can I see the labels prior to them being printed?
A. We are happy
to send you a proof, via E-mail, prior to printing for your approval.
Q. Can I have a label design of my own, rather
than use the suggested design templates illustrated on your web
site? A.
We are happy to use your own design.
Q. Do you charge any extra for the artwork I require?
A. Uniquely we
do not charge extra. The prices quoted include all the artwork
and is part of the service.
Q. How
are you able to offer your personalised miniatures at such a low
price?
A. We traditionally only offer one premier brand
of whisky, spirit or wine. This allows us to buy in bulk and to
negotiate for the best prices from our suppliers, and to pass
these savings on to you the customer. Although we can supply most
popular brands of spirit.
Q. What brands do you supply for the wedding favour
bottles? A.
Whilst most guests prefer to keep their miniatures as treasured
keepsakes of your special day, rather than drink them, it is good
to know that the contents of your favour bottles are of the best
quality. Our brands include Bowmore, Jacobite, Smirnoff, Martel,
Taylor, Moët & Chandon champagne.
Q. What are the bottles made of ?
A. Our personalised miniatures
are traditional glass bottles.
However some of the "off the shelf"
branded miniatures are plastic bottles.
Q. What methods of payment do you offer?
A.
You can pay by cheque, using our order
form.
Or use your credit/ debit card on our online
facility.
Q. Do you offer discounts on your personalised
miniatures? A.
We offer further discounts should you order 36 bottles or more
(except miniature wine).
