In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into U.K. law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you as the consumer have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Day one to be the day after you receive the goods. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, all other monies (less the original delivery cost) will returned within 30 days date from cancellation, on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition of which they are received.
If we have not received our goods back within that time, the Regulations allows us to deduct what it would cost us to retrieve the goods from you the consumer.
Personalised, custom made or specially ordered products may not be returned except pursuant to your statutory rights.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 7 days. Important. Where outer packaging is clearly damaged in transit please ensure that if you accept the delivery you sign the delivery note "Damaged Consignment". This would help us greatly with regards to any claim that may arise.
